2.- Privacy
In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on Personal Data Protection (LOPD) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), AISO hereby informs you that personal data collected on this website shall be added to a filing system held by AISO. Your data shall be used for the sole purpose of conducting the corresponding business transaction. You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection by means of the form provided on this page.
3.- Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights on this website belong to AISO unless otherwise specified. AISO reserves all of his rights on this website. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed to grant the user a right or licence to use any intellectual property owned by AISO.
4.- Liability
AISO shall not be held liable for any damages due to loss of use, data or profit as a consequence of viewing or using the information available on this website.
AISO takes reasonable security measures to prevent the presence of viruses on this website. However, the user acknowledges and agrees that security measures on the Internet are not completely reliable and, therefore, AISO cannot guarantee that the website is completely free of viruses or other elements that may compromise the user's computer systems (software and hardware) and/or the files that they contain.

6.- Changes
AISO reserves the right, at his sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, AISO shall endeavour to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change shall be determined at AISO's sole discretion.
TRANSLATION
7.- Quotes
Quotes by AISO shall be considered non-binding until reception of the corresponding purchase order from the client. Proposed deadlines may be adjusted accordingly if there is a significant delay between submission of the quote and confirmation by the client. Quoted prices shall be valid for thirty (30) days after the date of the quote.
8.- Fees
Fees shall be based on the word count of the source text.
Fees shall be payable by PayPal or wire transfer against delivery of the translated text. The payment term shall be thirty (30) days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
In the event of late payment, AISO may charge interest equal to the European Central Bank's refinancing rate plus 3.5 percentage points for the period between the due date and the date on which the fees are paid.
9.- Confidentiality
Except in those cases in which disclosure is required by law, AISO shall keep confidential any non-public information that may come to his knowledge in the course of the business transaction.
10.- Copyright
Intellectual property rights on the translation shall remain with AISO. The client shall receive a licence to use the translated text for the relevant purposes.
LEGAL
11.- Severability
The invalidity or unenforceability of any clause of these Terms and Conditions shall have no effect on the validity or enforceability of the remaining clauses. Any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed severed from the Terms and Conditions to the extent of its invalidity or unenforceability, and the Terms and Conditions shall be construed and enforced as if they did not contain that particular clause to the extent of its invalidity or unenforceability.
12.- Waiver
AISO may, at his sole discretion, decide to exempt a client from complying with any given clause of these Terms and Conditions to the extent permitted by law. A waiver shall only be valid if granted in writing. A waiver of any given clause shall have no effect on the enforceability of the remaining clauses.
13.- Language versions
These Terms and Conditions are provided in languages other than English solely for the convenience of the user. In the event of a discrepancy between the English text and the other language versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English text shall prevail.
14.- Applicable law and jurisdiction
Use of this website and any business transactions between AISO and the user shall be governed by Spanish law.
AISO and the user explicitly waive their own jurisdictions and submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Sabadell (Spain), except in those cases where the courts and tribunals of the user's place of residence apply under international law.
